This sweet family wanted to take the bones of this home and burst them wide open. We opened up the main living areas, kitchen and dining to make it perfect for entertaining (and just every day life for a young family). One of the other must have requests was to create a master suite. We took two of the back bedrooms and recreated a his and her retreat with ample closet and bathroom space.
Seeing as this home has a full basement, there is plenty of playroom space, additional living space and a bedroom down below - its ideal and it makes me so happy to see this family settled into their new, just right for them, home.
